Payment Policy

Please read this payment policy carefully before completing your registration. This policy outlines the available payment methods, pricing, and important guidelines related to payment processing.

Payment Methods

Photexity accepts payments exclusively through Unified Payments Interface (UPI). Other methods such as debit/credit cards, net banking, or cash are not supported. Payments must be made using UPI-supported apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM UPI.

Certificate Pricing

Students can register for the Photexity Photography Club by selecting one of the following certificate options:

Standard Certificate: ₹21

Premium Certificate: ₹29

How to Make a Payment

To complete the registration process, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the registration form on the website.

2. A unique UPI QR Code will be displayed on the screen.

3. Use your preferred UPI app to scan the QR code and complete the payment.

4. Take a screenshot of the successful payment confirmation.

5. Upload the payment screenshot for verification.

6. Once verified, the certificate will be available for download.

Payment Confirmation & Processing

Payments are automatically processed, and verification is usually instant. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for confirmation. If your payment is not verified within this time, contact payments@makaut.co with your transaction details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made for certificate registration are non-refundable. Please ensure the correct amount is paid before proceeding. In case of a failed or duplicate transaction, wait 24 hours to check if the amount is automatically refunded by your bank. If the amount is not refunded, contact us for assistance.

Upgrading from Standard to Premium

If a student wishes to upgrade from a Standard Certificate (₹21) to a Premium Certificate (₹29), they must make a new payment of ₹29. Partial upgrade payments are not available.

Payment Issues & Support

If you encounter any payment issues, send an email to payments@makaut.co with the following details:

• Transaction ID

• Payment Screenshot

• Registered Email ID

• Date & Time of Payment

Our support team will review the request and respond within 10Am to 11Pm.

Important Notes

  • Ensure you enter the correct UPI ID before making the payment. Payments made to the wrong UPI ID cannot be refunded.
  • Payments must be completed within the session. If the session closes before payment, students may need to re-register.
  • Certificates will only be issued after successful payment verification.
